Police say they have arrested 4 members of a notorious gang following a major operation that spanned across two parishes.
A firearm and an assortment of ammunition was also seized during the raid that saw authorities carrying out raids in sections of St James and St Elizabeth.
Police said identity information was found in the possession of three of the men held in the Salt Spring section of St James.
Police said the operation targeted the G-City 6 Gang and was conducted by member of the Specialized Operations, the Lottery Scamming Taskforce and the Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC).

The police are assuring that with the recent arrest of seven suspected members of the feared Kings Valley Gang in Westmoreland, crime will be significantly reduced in the parish.
Four males and three females were taken into custody during a major security operation in Westmoreland on Thursday.
The operation was conducted by the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC), supported by Specialise Operations, the Canine Division and the Caribbean Search Centre.
The individuals have been brought to the Corporate Area for questioning and other processes related to ongoing investigations into crimes committed in Westmoreland.
