A loaf of bread, a few handfuls of pasta, a couple of bananas and a tin of beans; we’ve all seen the enraging photographs taken by parents who received a Chartwells meal box, meant to provide 10 school meals for one child who would usually recieve free school meals. Compare that with chef Ash Hamilton’s haul, and his £30 meal plans, posted to social media, which have given families around the country the inspiration they need to feed their children.
