TIMELY CARBON CAPTURE INFRASTRUCTURE PUSH: A bipartisan group of lawmakers in the Senate and the House is unveiling the first comprehensive bill offering financing for pipelines carrying captured carbon, just in time for infrastructure negotiations.

David McKinley, would set up a program to offer low-interest loans to CO2 pipelines, similar to existing programs that support transportation and water infrastructure projects.
