(Grand Forks, ND) No one was hurt after an incident involving a call on a suicidal man with a gun in Grand Forks Monday morning. Officers say that at approximately 6:38 AM, the Department was called to a residence on the 600 block of 41st Avenue South for a report of a suicidal male subject with a gun of unknown description. Officers arrived on scene, established a perimeter and were able to make contact with the male subject outside of the residence. Occupants of the residence were located and accounted for with no reported or observed injuries. ​The male suspect was not in possession of a weapon and was detained without further incident. He has been evaluated by Altru Paramedics and transported for evaluation.
