Thirsty Turtle Pub faces ABCC hearing for alleged COVID-19 violations
For the second time in recent months, ABCC investigators said they found COVID-19 rules violations at the pub
Telegram & Gazette
For the second time in recent months investigators from the state Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission allege that staff at The Thirsty Turtle Pub on 15 Central St. in the Baldwinville section of Templeton, violated COVID-19 regulations by failing to wear masks, serving drinks across the bar and allowing patrons to ignore social distancing.
When investigators visited to the bar on Jan. 14 to investigate a complaint, they allege they saw the owner, Jason Arsenault, put on his mask before leaving his seat at the bar near two patrons and approaching them.
