The state s Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission put out an advisory to remind establishments they will no longer be able to provide takeaway sales of alcohol after this date.  When it comes to outdoor dining, restaurants which currently have licenses can continue to provide outdoor dining for up to 60 days through August 15. HINGHAM   Local restaurant owners who ve struggled to abide by COVID-19 mandates and keep their doors open are now worried that the lifting of those very restrictions may be what brings them down.  Gov. Charlie Baker announced Monday that he plans to lift mask orders and capacity restrictions for restaurants by Memorial Day weekend and lift the state of emergency order on June 15. Once the state of emergency ends, all of the special things it allowed  like increased outdoor seating and to-go cocktails  will end 60 days later. At Shipwreck d in Hull, owner Adrian Muir normally has 40 seats inside. With the pandemic allowance for expanded outdoor seating, he added 90 seats.
