Craig Murphy died almost 12 months ago at the age of 47. For many years, Craig had been a mentor for Alcoholics Anonymous and had helped hundreds of people on the road to recovery. Now to help raise money for Alcohol Change UK, today (Friday 5 March) Jason Murphy will run four miles every four hours over the course of 48 hours, for a total of 48 miles.
