The 10km run that s coming to Haydock this summer Running Bee Foundation mascot, Mo Bee, Adam Dixon, community fundraiser at Alder Hey Children’s Charity, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital mascot, Ollie The profits from Haydock 10km race this summer will be donated to Alder Hey Children’s Charity. The Running Bee Foundation has teamed up with the charity for the event at Haydock Park Racecourse on Sunday, August 15, which will welcome runners from across the region. People are also being encouraged to support the ‘My First’ intiative which encourages participants to complete their first mile with the Foundation. Alder Hey Children’s Charity reports that 70 per cent of young people with a mental health condition are currently missing out on vital mental health interventions.
