Four charged following break and enter, theft in Mattawan, Phelps

Article content Four people are facing multiple charges including break and enter and trespassing following a pair of incidents in Mattawan and Phelps townships this week. The North Bay detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police was dispatched Monday at approximately 5 p.m. to Highway 656 in Mattawan in response to a theft. At approximately 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers from the North Bay OPP received a call about a break and enter to a shed in Phelps.
