Desde la Uader repudiaron las “falacias” sobre la denuncia de una docente. A través de un escrito, la decana de la Facultad de Ciencia y Tecnología de la Uader, Esp. Lic. Daniela Dans, junto a su equipo de gestión, emitieron un comunicado institucional a raíz de las declaraciones públicas realizadas por la docente de la casa, la profesora María Rosa Gianello, para “llevar tranquilidad a la comunidad educativa y refutar las falsas acusaciones de la docente”. Cabe recordar que la docente había denunciado que se le está pagando un sueldo a un docente que lleva 3 años sin cumplir funciones ni trabajar en la casa de estudios. María Rosa Gianello, docente interina-adjunta de la materia Análisis Institucional de los profesorados de Física/Química y Matemáticas, apuntó contra las autoridades de la Fcyt por sostener en el cargo al abogado Gastón Bosio.

The Maltese governing body of taekwondo has returned to the national and international community after a hiatus of over a year. In December 2019, a delegation from World Taekwondo Europe headed by its president visited Malta and met with representatives from the Maltese Olympic Committee and SportMalta before meeting the committee members of the Malta Taekwondo Federation. As a result of this visit, World Taekwondo suspended the federation as it was deemed unfit to continue operating in harmony. An Interim Board was put in its place to oversee the sport locally whilst the governing body examined the governance issues that had plagued the sport in Malta over numerous years.

Source: South Africa News Agency The Department of Public Enterprises has welcomed the notice of substantial implementation filed by the Business Rescue Practitioners (BRP), which signals the exit of the BRPs at South African Airways (SAA) since the process started in December 2019. “The business rescue process enabled the restructuring of SAA, reducing its cost base and its financial liabilities, creating a sustainable baseline going into the future. The BRPs are handing over to the SAA Interim Board a solvent business,” the department said in a statement. However, the department warned that this does not mean the work is done. It said the board and management will be developing and implementing an interim business plan to sustain operations, while a strategic equity partnership is being finalised.

Had the agreement for the new governance structure not been reached, the South African sports minister would have de-recognised Cricket South Africa (CSA), and the national cricket body would have lost the right to select national teams or hand out national colours. For long there had been a stalemate between MC and IB.
