The series is designed to drive best practice, the upcoming May events have been developed with the aim of helping mitigate the damage inflicted by Covid-19.   Commencing 4 May, sales and marketing specialists Lee Ali and Stephan Murtagh will deliver a workshop on  Optimising your venue sales after lockdown , supporting the development of sales strategies to drive new business. The workshop will aim to showcase how venues can stand out from the competition, the session will explore sales agility, adaptation and how many venues may need to compensate for lost time.
