WAYNESBORO, Va. (WVIR) - A Waynesboro man who has been on the run since last October has been caught.
Authorities say 77-year-old Dale Franklin Lunsford was arrested in Charleston, South Carolina, Tuesday, January 5.
The Waynesboro Police Department said it received a complaint from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force back in February 2020 that a computer user in the city was uploading and downloading child pornography. Investigators say they later found hundreds of images.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WMBF) - An Horry County man now faces more than a dozen charges related to child sexual exploitation, according to state officials.
The office of South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said 49-year-old Christopher John Fletcher, of Murrells Inlet, was arrested Thursday in connection to those charges. The attorney general’s office said the Horry County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest with assistance from Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators.

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that two Kershaw County men have been arrested on charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Officials say 56-year-old Tim Daniel Gilbert and 44-year-old Jeffrey Barrett Howe, both of Elgin, were each arrested on January 6 by investigators with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force from the Attorney General’s Office. Investigators say the two arrests are unrelated.
According to investigators, Howe possessed multiple files of child sexual abuse material, and Gilbert distributed files of child sexual abuse material.
Authorities say Gilbert has been charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree. Authorities say Howe faces five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree. Each of the counts charged are punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Rispoli said her office would be willing to consider a counter-offer from the defense in the second-degree range, which requires a defendant serve a minimum five years in prison. Kelly, the defense attorney, didn t respond to that suggestion.
Goodridge is accused of forcing a 31-year-old woman to engage in prostitution four different times in Hanover Township between March and August of 2020, according to his indictment. Police say he drove the woman to various locations in the township, forced her to commit illicit acts and collected money. During one Aug. 15 meeting at a Parsippany-Troy Hills hotel, Goodridge allegedly threatened to harm the woman and her family if she did not find more clients. The woman s identity was withheld in court documents.
