A Minnesota man was arrested in St. George Thursday after allegedly trying to entice a minor sexually in exchange for video games.
Joseph Gendreau, a 59-year old man, was arrested by a detective presenting himself as an underage male on a dating app.
The arresting detective works the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Human Trafficking task force (SECURE), both task forces in the Utah Attorney General s office.
According to a probable cause statement provided by the Fifth District Court in St. George, a West Valley City detective matched with Gendreau on the mobile app Grindr and Gendreau messaged the detective.

The report released Friday evening stated that this year traffic crashes were down 75, private property accidents were down 20, traffic stops were down by 999, written citations were declined by 298, written warnings were down by 115 and DWIs declined by 21.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A 46-year-old man is being charged with three counts of pandering obscenity with a minor, according to the Hamilton County Sheriffâs Office.
Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey says investigators began looking into Ryan Busseyâs online activities after receiving a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children taskforce.
The sheriff says Bussey was arrested Thursday and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
