As part of Saksham-2021, a month-long awareness campaign on fuel conservation, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) organised a cyclothon in the city on Sunday involving 200 volunteers.
It was flagged off by N.Viswanathan, RDO and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tiruchi district, in the presence of Babu Nagendra, DGM, Retail Sales; P. Rajesh, Chief Area Manager; and D. Jayalakshmi, Manager, Lubes Technical Sales.
Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has reported Rs 4,102.37 crore consolidated net profit in the third quarter of FY21. This is 52 per cent higher than the Rs 2,695.09 crore net profit reported by the company in the same quarter of FY19-20. The board also declared an interim dividend of Rs 7.50 per equity share (face value of Rs 10 per share). The consolidated total income during the period under review stood at Rs 1.48 trillion, up from Rs 1.47 trillion in the same month of the last financial year. “The higher profit is because of the inventory gain and higher petrochemical margin during the current quarter,” it said.
IOCL Recruitment 2021: Age Criteria And Fees
Desirous candidates applying for IOCL Non-Executive Jobs 2021 through IOCL Recruitment 2021 must have attained 18 years of age and not have exceeded 26 years as on January 31, 2021 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC-NCL) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the IOCL Recruitment Notification 2021.

According to the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), petrol rates have climbed to Rs86.30 per lire, while diesel stood at Rs76.48 per litre in New Delhi. In Mumbai, diesel price touched a record high of Rs83.30 a litre, while petrol price jumped to Rs92.86 a litre.
The central government’s high excise duty and state’s value added tax (VAT) have spiked fuel prices in the country. The hike in fuel prices in the recent past is set to increase the adoption of compressed natural gas (CNG)-driven vehicles, Crisil Research said.
As part of the MoU, IndianOil shall facilitate NDMC for identification of a concessionaire for setting up of an Integrated Waste to Energy Plant at Ranikhera in Narela. The plant would process Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and organic waste of NDMC for producing Compressed Biogas (CBG), recycling plastics, Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) for producing plastic or syngas and its downstream products. plastics recycling, etc.
