PTI Govt emerging out of AJK elections to boost confidence of Kashmiris: Fawad

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain says voting turnout of above fifty percent in election of AJK Legislative Assembly reflects the confidence of people in the system.
Taking part in a programme of the News and Current Affairs Channel of Radio Pakistan, he said, the uproar made by PML-N regarding rigging in election has been badly exposed and failed.
The Minister said the PTI government emerging out of these elections will also boost the confidence of people of Occupied Kashmir.
Speaking in the same programme, Minister for National Food Security Syed Fakhar Imam said just like the people of AJK have been given right to vote and choose their government, suppressed Kashmiris in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir will also get the same right one day.
Concern over surge in Indian atrocities in IIOJ&K

BAHAWALPUR: The Department of Political Science, Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB), organised a seminar in which speakers expressed their concern over surge in human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).
IUB Vice Chancellor Prof Athar Mehboob was the chief guest. The speakers expressed their concern over violation of human rights in IIOJ&K. “Indian forces had been victimising innocent people,” they said. The seminar was addressed by Prof Dr Safdar Hussain, Prof Dr Amir Ali Chandio, Prof Dr Shuja Ahmad Mahar, Dr Muhammad Azhar and others.

Security of Chinese engineers inspected in Bahawalpur

BAHAWALPUR: District Police Officer Muhammad Faisal Kamran visited Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park and inspected security of Chinese engineers.
A spokesman for Bahawalpur police said that the IGP had issued directions to further tighten the security of Chinese engineers who had been working at different projects in several areas of the province. “Following the directives of the IGP, the DPO visited the Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park and inspected the security of Chinese engineers,” he said. The spokesman said that the DPO also held a meeting with the officials of Desert Rangers and other law enforcement agencies at the solar park.

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said on Sunday that India is very much upset on victory of Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Azad Jammu and Kashmir elections.
In the general election, the Kashmiris have overwhelmingly voted for the PTI candidates and with the Grace of Allah Almighty, it will form the government, he said while talking to media in Pind Dadan Khan. He said that Indian media had strongly opposed formation of Imran Khan’s government in Azad Kashmir. “Formation of Imran Khan’s government in Azad Kashmir would be a great shock to India,” he added.
