(File photo) NEW DELHI: As many as 43,733 new cases of Covid-19 and 930 deaths have been registered in India in the last 24 hours, a health bulletin released by the Union health ministry stated on Saturday. With 47,240 patients having been recovered over the last 24 hours, the number of active cases in the country has declined to 4,59,920. Active cases at present constitute 1.5 per cent of the total number of cases in India. The recovery rate has increased to 97.18%, Wednesday s bulletin showed. Daily recoveries continued to outnumber the number of daily new cases for the 55th day in a row, according to the government.
