Power spikes and fluctuations in the power source can degrade the performance of the circuit in mobile phones and tablets.
Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Monday said he will assess the ground situation at the village which is witnessing protest against the proposed IIT project and seek an appointment with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant to discuss the matter. Shel-Melaulim village in Sattari taluka of North Goa district has been the site of the week-long protest against the proposed IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) in the area with local residents insisting they will not part with their land for the project. On Monday, around 300 residents of Mauxi village walked 22 kilometres to reach the protest site. Rane, who is the MLA from the area, tweeted, I shall be assessing the ground situation with our people regarding IIT at Shel-Melauli today and will discuss the matter with CM.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jammu on Saturday organised its first-ever convocation ceremony in hybrid mode on January 9, 2021. The ceremony was organized in a hybrid mode wherein a total of 79 students were conferred with B Tech degrees in the Departments of Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
Out of the 79 graduates, 39 received their degrees while present on campus while 40 graduates were awarded their degrees online. Taijaswaini Agarwal was awarded the President of India Gold Medal for excellent academic performance by scoring the highest Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) across all
