The charge sheet has been filed before a special court in West Bengal s Asansol town against Kumar, who was the head of 36 Battalion BSF at that time, main accused Enamul Haque, Anwarul Sheikh, Golam Mustafa, Taniya Sanyal, Badal Krishna Sanyal and Rashida Bibi, the officials said.
