Being mission-driven has helped Indiana Donor Network earn a sixth straight Top Workplaces nod.
Everybody is passionate about the work they do, said multicultural community outreach coordinator Elliott Stubblefield, and that defines the organization’s hallmark collaborative culture.

He works closely with minority populations to increase organ donation in communities of color and among other underserved groups.
“We feel that everyone deserves that opportunity to receive organs,” Stubblefield said. “We also want to make sure people know that it’s important that they donate, too.”
