Industrial developer IDI Logistics is planning a distribution hub for the high-profile site.
The Atlanta-based developer intends to build almost 600,000 square feet of warehouse space on the corner starting early next year, according to planning documents filed with the state.
Macgregor Associates Architects, which is also based in Atlanta, is designing the Interstate Commerce Center building, which will cost more than $17 million.
CBRE has been marketing the almost 35-acre site on the southeast corner to potential business tenants.
