Three Arrests, Class A Drugs and Cash Seized During Operation in Bradford

Three men have been arrested yesterday as part of an ongoing investigation into the supply of Class A drugs in Bradford.
Police in Bradford are currently investigating a drug dealing operation of Class A drugs between May and November 2020 from the District to other parts of the UK.
Three men aged 19, 22 and 27, all from Bradford were arrested yesterday morning (1 February) during a series of warrants which were executed by Bradford’s Precision Organised Crime Team, supported by officers from NPT teams.
The trio were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and conspiracy to facilitate the travel of another with view to exploitation.

The men, aged 19, 22 and 27, were arrested yesterday morning during a series of warrants executed by Bradford’s Precision Organised Crime Team, supported by officers from Neigbourhood Policing Teams. The trio were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and conspiracy to facilitate the travel of another with view to exploitation. A quantity of Class A drugs were seized during the operation, as was around £10,000 in cash.
Zaki Rehman, of Bradford, was jailed for six years on drugs charges A BRADFORD man has been jailed for six years for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. Zaki Rehman, 32, of Durham Road, off Duckworth Lane, Bradford was charged with numerous drugs offences by police. Police executed a warrant on September 19, 2019, at an address on Thornton Road after community intelligence was submitted to the police. When officers entered the property they discovered a significant amount of drugs and equipment for supply of drugs. The amount of drugs seized from the property was valued at £37,263 and nearly £5,000 in cash was also recovered.
Undercover operation in Barkerend area: Two jailed for drugs trafficking TWO men have been jailed as part of a large-scale drug dealing operation in Bradford. On November 26, Hamza Shakeel, 24, of Kimberley Street, Bakthyar Ali, 24, of Gladstone Street, pleaded guilty to drug offences - including the conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, conspiracy to supply Class B drugs and drugs trafficking.
The operation Between February and July 2019, undercover officers bought Class A drugs from dealing lines which operated in the area of the Barkerend corridor into Bradford City Centre. Local residents and business owners had made long standing complaints of the criminal activity in the area, which resulted in outbreaks of violence that saw firearms discharges and violence which were believed to be connected to a large-scale drugs operation.
