ALBANY, N.Y. — During his Friday morning press briefing, Albany County Executive Daniel McCoy continued the push to find more creative ways to get additional people vaccinated. As of Thursday, 53.2% of Albany County s population has received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, 40% have been fully vaccinated. The statewide rate is 45.6% for the first dose and the full vaccination rate at 33.4%.
