Franco-Emirati Fund Invests in Omni-Pac Group

French private equity firm Latour Capital led a group of investors to acquire Omni-Pac Group. Investors in the group include Franco-Emirati Fund (an investment partnership between Bpifrance and Mubadala Investment Company), Freemont, IDA, Motion Equity Partners, and company management at Omni-Pac.
The sellers are funds advised by Motion Equity Partners and Arkéa Capital. This deal was talked about back in February 26, 2021.
Omni-Pac Group works in the sustainable packaging market.
