Michael Olugbode in Abuja The Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Most Revd (Dr) Matthew Hassan Kukah, has blamed the civil society for the countryâs current situation, saying it would not have arisen had they not gone to bed early after the country returned to civil rule.
