FLORENCE, Ala. (WAFF) - After years of building partnerships for the Salvation Army of the Shoals, Captains Ben and Wendy Deuel roles as field commanders is coming to an end.
“We can only hope that every community we move to from now on is like the Shoals,” Ben said. “This area sets the bar for us. The rest of the nation could learn a lot from the Shoals, about caring and compassion.”
