An awesome trick I learned to help get started. Make sure all your hangers are facing the same way. Once you wear an item, flip the hanger. After a month you will see the items you wear all the time and the ones you don t. It s time to give it to someone who would LOVE your unused items, so put them in a bag and donate them today.

SAN DIEGO Salvation Army in San Diego has been feeding people on Christmas for decades but with so many people struggling right now, the event is going to be a bit different this year.
You may not have seen as many red kettle bell ringers this year because of COVID-19 but the Salvation Army is still giving back to the community, serving those who need it the most.
There was no banquet-style dinner served this Christmas holiday at the Salvation Army but that doesn’t mean people will go without a warm meal.

WEIRTON First Choice America Credit Union recently made contributions in support of the Salvation Army Corps in Weirton, Steubenville and Wheeling to bolster their holiday fundraising efforts.
“Over our more than 80-year history, our credit union has embraced the merits of good citizenship and expanding our value to society by supporting many charitable organizations in the communities we serve,” stated Scott E. Winwood, president and CEO of First Choice America Credit Union.
“We are pleased to help the Salvation Army as they provide much needed assistance and support to people in our area. Due to the on-going pandemic, we understand the need is even greater with more people facing challenging times and financial hardships,” he added. “First Choice America is proud to support such a worthwhile organization like the Salvation Army to help alleviate the financial burdens faced by so many of our neighbors, especially during the holiday season.
