SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Due to COVID restrictions, The Salvation Army handing out meals to three locations around the county instead of a sit-down Christmas meal at Golden Hall. The distribution will begin at 11:00 a.m. and it is first come first served. There will also be a bag with toys and snacks for children.
