With her over-the-top Minnesota persona and knack for making dessert "salads that aren't really salads," Schwarzrock's number of followers on the famous video-sharing app has jumped from less than 1,000 just a few months ago to 55,000 today, and her videos have been viewed millions of times.

Sun Country Airlines Holdings Inc. posted a $12.4 million profit in its first-ever quarterly results, and executives said summer bookings were rising quickly for the Twin Cities-based carrier.
As of Wednesday, Sun Country s summer schedule is sold to a higher capacity than it was at the same time two years ago, the airline said as it released first-quarter results following market close. Shares rose 4.7% in after-hours trading as investors digested the news.
The airline industry endured a nearly ruinous year due to the coronavirus pandemic. But with more Americans getting vaccines, it is starting to come back, and Sun Country, a carrier that relies heavily on leisure travelers, is on pace to fly more passengers than it did in the summer before the pandemic.

With just a few days left for many passengers to cash in on travel vouchers doled out during the pandemic s earliest days, Sun Country Airlines Tuesday announced a flurry of new airports and routes, including six new nonstop winter destinations for Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport travelers.
The Twin Cities-based budget carrier also will begin seasonal nonstop flights to and from Duluth and Rochester international airports.
These were just some of 18 new routes and nine new airports joining its network next winter, reflecting people s growing desire and willingness to travel again after the global pandemic nearly halted air travel for many months.
