Second gentleman Douglas Emhoff is coming to visit the Green Mountain State.  Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris, and other members of the presidential administration have recently been visiting a number of states to speak to locals about the American Rescue Plan. Vermont will be the latest stop on the tour Wednesday, a spokesperson in the Second Gentleman s Office said.  Emhoff will attend several events in Burlington. He is also expected to discuss the American Jobs Plan, which was rolled out later in March. No other details were being released publicly about his visit for security reasons, the spokesperson said.
