RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday visited frontline troops deployed at the Line of Control and offered Eid prayers with the soldiers, where they prayed for the peace.

RAWALPINDI: Angela Aggeler, US Charge d’ Affairs to Pakistan, called on the Chief of the Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa on Saturday.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, overall regional security situation, bilateral cooperation in various fields, fight against Covid-19 and recent developments in the Afghan peace process were discussed.
The army chief said Pakistan had sincerely supported the peace process, adding that a prosperous, stable and peaceful Afghanistan is in the best interest of region in general and Pakistan in particular.

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa on Wednesday called on Saudi Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Gen Fayiadh Bin Hamed al Rowaily in Riyadh, where they discussed military to military cooperation and the Afghan peace process.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security situation including Afghan peace process, defence and security and military to military cooperation were discussed, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release.
Gen Bajwa emphasised the need to further enhance military to military cooperation between the two armed forces and said Pakistan-KSA cooperation will have a positive impact on peace and security in the region.
