BUFFALO, N.Y. A Buffalo man could face up to one year in prison for his guilty plea Tuesday to fatally shooting his neighbor s dog.
The incident happened the afternoon of April 16, 2020 on Buffum Street in Buffalo.
Timothy Manning, 58, admitted to shooting the dog with a shotgun.
He ll be sentenced in June on charges of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals and one count of discharge of firearms, shotguns, rifles and other dangerous weapons.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty in the fatal shooting of a dog in April 2020.
The Erie County District Attorney s Office announced 58-year-old Timothy S. Manning of Buffalo pleaded guilty to one count of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals (Class âAâ misdemeanor) and one count of discharge of a firearms, shotguns, rifles and other dangerous weapons (violation of City of Buffalo ordinance).

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â A West Seneca man was arraigned Monday on an indictment charging him with one count of criminally negligent homicide following a dispute over a face mask in September 2020.
The Erie County District Attorney s Office says on September 26, 2020 65-year-old Donald M. Lewinski allegedly got into an argument with 80-year-old Rocco E. Sapienza of West Seneca at at bar on Southwestern Boulevard in the Town of West Seneca. The argument was allegedly due to Lewinski not adhering to the face mask requirement.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â Buffalo police say a woman is dead after she was hit by a car while riding her bike, a Tonawanda man has been arrested on multiple charges.
Police say 24-year-old Zaire Pittman of Tonawanda was driving a Ford Taurus when he allegedly hit a 54-year-old female bicyclist with his car on East Ferry Street near Wohlers Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Friday. The Erie County District Attorney s Office says Pittman was allegedly under the influence of cannabis at the time of the crash.
