New York State Police say two Delaware County men are facing numerous felony counts following an investigation into child pornography. 41-year-old Jeremie Hoyt and 43-year-old Peleg Booth, both of Davenport, are accused of engaging in sexual acts with a child under the age of fifteen.  Hoyt is also accused of possessing and promoting child pornography.
