The County Coroner has identified the woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle on the highway in Twentynine Palms Thursday night as Amanda Tilton, 25, of Twentynine Palms. Tilton was crossing the highway near Estrella Avenue about 8:25 p.m. when she was hit.
