The arrests were in connection with the investigation into the controversial Free State asbestos roofing project.
This is the same case which has seen the arrest of the African National Congress’ (ANC) secretary-general Ace Magashule.
He is due to appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on Friday on charges related to the R255 million tender.
Hawks spokesperson Katlego Mogale says all suspects are facing charges of corruption.
