European Boxing Academy finally given green light after Kremlev backing Wednesday, 14 April 2021 An official agreement on the establishment of the long-planned European Boxing Academy in Italy was signed today by International Boxing Association (AIBA) President Umar Kremlev. Kremlev took a break from the AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships, which he had opened in in the Polish city of Kielce last night, to visit Assisi to meet the head of the city and region where the Academy will be located. European Boxing Confederation (EUBC) demonstrated the initiative to establish the AIBA European Boxing Academy and the world governing body have decided to back the initiative.

2021 Victorian Open Masters and Youth Championships © Tony McPhail The Victorian Open Masters and Youth Championships were sailed over the weekend of 27th and 28th February at Sorrento Sailing and Couta Boat Club at the southern end of Port Phillip. The light and at times variable winds proved challenging for the strong fleet of 78 boats, sailed by skippers across the age range from 13 to 75 years plus. This was particularly so for the second race on the Sunday afternoon, when the wind swung and faded, such that even with a shortened course, only the Laser Standards and half of the Radial fleet finished within the time limit.
