M & J Wilkow announces new hires and promotion May 5, 2021
Chicago real estate firm M & J Wilkow continues its strategic growth with the announcement of two new hires to its growing Retail and Office Real Estate Portfolio team as well as the promotion of Darcy Rutzen to the position of Senior Vice President of Retail and Marketing.
Christina Carabez has joined M & J Wilkow, Ltd. as Operations Manager for the Office Property Management Group, where she will help drive the expansion of the Company’s property management services, tenant relations programs and sustainability initiatives. Chris brings over nineteen years of Property Management experience to her new role, including six years as an Assistant Property Manager for J&J ARNACO, and three years as Property Manager for Tawani Property Management.

Caleb Hans as Assistant Property Manager to its property management team. A graduate from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing, Caleb spent several years working in the Twin Cities learning the trade.
