All districts of the state will record a video singing Vande Mataram in a salute posture on February 3-4 to pay homage to the martyrs of the Chauri Chauri incident and the freedom struggle. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
Lucknow: Yogi Aditynath s Uttar Pradesh is all set to create a world record on the centenary celebrations of the Chauri Chaura incident. The culture department of the state is planning for all its districts to sing Vande Mataram from 10 am on February 3 to 12 noon on Februrary 4. Rehearsals for the same are being held today.
Orders have been issued by Principal Secretary Mukesh Kumar Meshram for the Education Department as well as all the Mandalayukta and District Magistrates.
Ahead of the Union Budget 2021, a hawan was conducted in Uttar Pradesh s Kanpur on Monday marking the massive expectations from it. A group of 50 men from the dalit community in Gujarat were deboarded from a train in Uttar Pradesh s Jhansi by the police on Sunday evening. The men were on their way to Lucknow with a 125 kg soap that they wanted to gift Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The Uttar Pradesh government has allowed sale of select types of alcohol in shopping malls. Earlier, sale of liquor was allowed only at certified model shops in the state.
