(Moorhead, MN) A man who has eluded law enforcement for months has finally been brought into custody.
Clay County Sheriff Mark Empting confirming that members from the High Plains Fugitive Task Force observed 41-year-old Burton Bonham walking and approached him Monday around 12:37 p.m. Authorities then say he refused to listen to commands and fled on foot to a nearby residence in the 2500 block of 6th Avenue North in Moorhead. The subject is also known to have cautions for carrying firearms.
Additional units responded to assist the Task Force. A perimeter was established around the residence and attempts were made to communicate with him. After a short time, Bonham began to communicate with the officers and agreed to come outside. He was taken into custody without incident.

NEW TOWN, N.D. - A Montana man accused of having sex with a minor while he worked as a counselor in Billings was arrested Friday in New Town.
Brad Douglas Johnson, 36, of Laurel, Mont., was wanted on two counts of felony sexual intercourse without consent, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service. The allegations occurred while Johnson worked as a counselor at the Ted Lechner Regional Youth Services Center in Billings in 2013, the Marshals Service said.

FARGO A 38-year-old man has been arrested as a suspect in brazen thefts from numerous ATMs in Cass, Barnes and LaMoure counties.
Joshua Fergus McCleary, of rural Wheatland, about 30 miles west of Fargo, was arrested Tuesday night, Jan. 12, in Dickinson after a dangerous confrontation with law officers, according to Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner.
McCleary allegedly rammed a squad car as officers were attempting to arrest him, Jahner said.
The investigation remains active, with at least one other person associated with and seen at the scene of the ATM thefts.
