The filing deadline is July 19, 2021. The annual EEO-1 Component 1 Report is mandatory for all private employers with 100+ employees and federal contractors with 50+ employees that meet certain criteria. Filing employers must provide demographic information for all workers, and list this demographic information by job category. Employers that have received a 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 notification letter from the federal government can access the online filing system here. Employers who have not received the notification letter can contact FilerSupport eeocdata.org for assistance.
