A demagogue is a political leader who makes use of popular prejudices, promises, and false claims to exploit the desires and prejudices of ordinary people. A national leader who uses falsehoods rather than facts and rational arguments to gain popular support for his/her own political purposes.
Insurrection is an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government. Ironically, The Insurrection Act of 1807 empowers the president of the United States to suppress a civil disorder insurrection or rebellion; and 18 U.S. Code, Section 2383 is a federal crime for any person whoever incites… assist or engages in an insurrection against the United States.
