A 19-year-old Willmar man has been given a 15-month stayed prison sentence after he pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. A charge of disseminating it to a juvenile relative was dismissed as part of a plea agreement entered in Kandiyohi County District Court.

WILLMAR The new year is a time of change and that was true during Monday s Willmar City Council meeting. The eight-person council welcomed three new members and one returning member, even as COVID-19 forced the meeting online.
