Danny Aldaz (BCSO)ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. A longtime Albuquerque teacher accused of sexually abusing two of his second grade students is now facing charges related to a third student from a separate school.
Danny Aldaz, 45, a former second grade teacher at Valle Vista and Helen Cordero elementary schools, is charged with three counts of criminal sexual penetration and eight counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor related to the abuse of a second grade girl at Helen Cordero between 2013 and 2014.
Aldaz was already charged in February with multiple counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and criminal sexual penetration of a minor while in a position of authority in the abuse of two second graders from Valle Vista.
