Dry dock too costly to repair The ship repair facility at the Otlley Hall Marina and Shipyard is operational. By: Dayle Da Silva• The Ottley Hall Marina and Shipyard is still functional despite there not being a dry dock. The other aspects of the facility, so much so the repair of vessels service, staffed by 28 employees, generated EC$800,000 in 2018. This information was disclosed by Senator Julian Francis, Minister of Urban Development, Airport, Seaport, Energy and the Grenadines Affairs; in response to a question from Leader of the Opposition Dr Godwin Friday, in Parliament on July 6.  Francis was asked about the Ottley Hall Marina and its operations following the collapse of the Marina’s dry dock in 2019.
