Elbit Systems to Supply Seagull USVs to Navy of a Country in Asia-Pacific Our Bureau 2110 Seagull USVs Elbit Systems has won a contract to supply Seagull USVs (Unmanned Surface Vehicles) to the Navy of a country in Asia-Pacific. The contract that is in an amount that is not material to Elbit Systems, will be performed over a 17-month period, the company said Wednesday. Elbit added UAV capabilities to its Seagull USV last July by incorporating Skylark C drone.  With a takeoff weight of 15kg, the Skylark C provides a visual feed transmitted to land-based control units. The addition of a UAV also extends the Seagull operator’s line of sight.
