DENVER â The redevelopment of the old Emily Griffith Opportunity School campus is on track to be complete by late summer of this year.
In 2019, Denver-based Stonebridge Companies, a development firm, announced plans to turn the old campus into a hotel and retail space.
The original school opened in the 1920s and served as technical college but moved to other buildings in 2014.
