WICHITA, Kansas (May 17, 2021) – Equity Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQBK) (“Equity” or the “Company”), parent company of Equity Bank, announced today the entry into a definitive merger agreement with American State Bancshares, Inc. (“ASB”), the holding company of American State Bank & Trust in Wichita, Kansas. MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Auburn Montgomery softball team defeated Mississippi College on Saturday to win the Gulf South Conference Championship. It was the Warhawksâ first championship at the Division II level in program history.
âIts definitely super emotional,â said head coach Eric Newell. âIâm so genuinely happy for our 11 seniors. Thatâs what makes it for me - the joy of those kids.â
The AUM Softball program has spent the back half of the season climbing the national rankings, and this weekend, they head into their final regular season series knocking on the top ten.
