WHITE RIVER JUNCTION A 38-year-old Hartland man has pleaded not guilty to charges he shared child pornography on social media, according to a news release from the Vermont Attorney General’s Office.
Jeremy Quillia was arraigned last week in Windsor Superior Court on two counts of possession of child sex abuse materials, the release said. Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Mann set Quillia’s bond at $15,000 and allowed his release on conditions that included restricted contact with children, according to the release.
An internet crimes task force with the Vermont Attorney General’s Office started investigating Quillia’s case after receiving a tip that someone was uploading sexually explicit images of children on a Google account and on Snapchat, a social media messaging app, the release said.
