A Farmington man was charged after leading law enforcement on a high-speed pursuit Friday afternoon.
Elkton Police say they attempted to stop 34 year old Chad Duncan on B White Road after receiving a call of a reckless driver from Logan County. Duncan then allegedly fled at speeds of over 100 miles per hour, turning into several parking lots, bean fields, and corn fields before coming to a stop on US 41, and then attempting to flee on foot.
Police say he was tased before being taken into custody.
Duncan allegedly refused a blood test and is charged with speeding, reckless driving, DUI, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment, and two counts of first-degree fleeing or evading police.
