BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department are investigating a deadly shooting that happened on the I-10 West Essen Lane exit ramp.
According to officials, Joseph Coleman, 17, was found in the driver’s seat of a Honda Accord a little before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 7, in the 4500 block of Essen Lane. Police closed the ramp for nearly three hours to collect evidence.
