Glenn Crow Glenn Lee Crow, 62, of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, passed away on July 14, 2021 at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. Glenn Lee Crow was born on December 27, 1958 to Bette (Anderson) and Leland Crow. He was the oldest of 4 children. While the family lived throughout the country, Glenn graduated in 1977 in Rugby, North Dakota. Soon after, Glenn enlisted in the Navy. During his 4 year excursion, he would travel the world, landing him with many tales from his voyages. After leaving the Navy in 1981, he enrolled in the VoTech (now MState) for auto mechanics. He held many jobs, the ones he enjoyed most were those in which he could interact with others. He joined his step-father, Roger, in Wasilla, Alaska as a volunteer firefighter and resort worker. Later, he would travel back to Alaska where he was an all-around grounds keeper on Mt. McKinley. Police ID victim in Virginia death

VIRGINIA - Authorities on Wednesday identified Ryan Douglas Moats as the 41-year-old Virginia man who died after “an altercation” over the weekend. James Marice Edwards, 31, had been arrested on a preliminary manslaughter charge but was released yesterday from custody pending further investigation, according to a news release from the Virginia Police Department. In a news release on Monday, the local agency said police officers responded at 12:47 a.m. last Saturday to the altercation that occurred at 443 Pine Mill Court. Officers said they found Moats unresponsive and performed CPR and administering Narcan, an overdose reversal spray. (The statement did not identify the victim.) Moats was transported to the Essentia Health Hospital in Virginia and pronounced deceased shortly after arrival.
